Special Moment: A Portrait of the Camel

I am beyond thrilled to share an incredible milestone in my artistic journey! My painting A Portrait of the Camel was selected as one of the top 37 submissions on the theme 2024: The Year of the Camel and nominated for the prestigious Dia Aziz Dia Prize. Congratulations to all the talented winners who continue to inspire!

The painting was part of the grand exhibition opening, The Camel Through the Ages, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was a remarkable event that celebrated the rich heritage and culture of Saudi Arabia, showcasing exceptional artworks from talented artists across the country.

I had the rare and unforgettable honor of presenting my painting in person to distinguished figures such as HRH Prince Faisal bin Abdullah Al Saud, HRH Abdullah bin Faisal Al Saud, HE Saleh Al-Turki, Mayor of Jeddah, and Dia Aziz Dia, a legendary portrait painter in the Kingdom.

This experience has been a testament to the power of art to connect cultures, tell stories, and celebrate traditions. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me along this journey—your encouragement fuels my passion and creativity every day.
